Job vs Business:- What's better?

Income generation doesn’t have to be too difficult. 

I think business is better than job.

Business is better than job because we will be the boss of our company.

No one can argue with us. We have the freedom to make decisions. No one scold us and get angry on us to come late in the office or in the company.

In business we can rule on others. We can give jobs to others. 

We can enjoy our goodwill.

            And most important thing is that there is no limit of money.

As we know that we all are working to make money to get satisfaction.

And in business there is no limit of money. We may earn ten times more than a person who is getting salary from other person.

As I have mentioned already that there is no time limit or restrictions.

We don't have to write a application if we have to take leave. That's why business is better than job. In job we have to restrict ourselves in the time limit.

You don't have to take any permission to implement new ideas in organization or in company.

And in the job you have to give all the answer to the boss, and in job you have to say "yes boss" in every situation to make the boss happy.

And in business one major important thing is that no one can fired you and you don't have to retire from the company. This is one of the main reason why business is better than job.

In business we become a more responsible man because we have to look all the department very carefully. We don't have to be depend on anyone to take decisions.

And we learn how to walk with the team not go ahead of the team. If the team members do any mistakes then we have to support them and correct the mistakes not to angry on him or her.
